Late Summer Salad Recipe
Yields: 2 dinner salads or 3-4 side salads
- 8 oz Fresh ‘n Crisp Farms Spring Mix 
- 2 ripe peaches, cut into slices 
- ¾ cup fresh corn, or however much you get from one cob 
- 1 medium fresh tomato, diced 
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts 
- ¼ cup feta cheese 
- Balsamic glaze 
- Optional: 2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced 
Top spring mix with all ingredients, and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
