Stir Fry Salad

 

Sauté ginger in a large pan in 1 tbsp olive oil over medium high heat for 1 minute or until fragrant. Add green leaf lettuce and stir constantly. After one minute, add soy sauce and sesame oil and stir continuously for another minute. Place lettuce and all juices in a bowl.

In the same pan over medium high heat, sauté the sliced garlic in olive oil stirring continuously, until crisp and put on top of lettuce. Garnish with green onions and enjoy!

  • 1 tbsp ginger

  • 1 clove garlic, sliced

  • 4 oz Fresh ‘n Crisp Farms Green lettuce

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • Green onions, garnish
