Thanksgiving Leftovers Salad

 

Blend olive oil, cranberry sauce, balsamic vinegar, and Dijon mustard until smooth. Toss turkey, dried cranberries, feta cheese, and pecans with your choice of Fresh ‘n Crisp Farms lettuce and drizzle dressing on top. Make as many or as few as you’d like depending on your amount of leftovers.

Cranberry Dressing

  • ½ cup olive oil

  • ½ cup cranberry sauce

  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
